International Business

The Applied Bachelor's Program in International Business at the Unpad School of Vocational Education was established to address the highly dynamic challenges of business, especially in today's globalization era. With the implementation of the ASEAN Economic Community (MEA) and Indonesia's signing of the World Trade Organization (WTO) agreement, there is a need for human resources with competencies in international trade. For this reason, the International Business Program at Unpad is present to produce graduates with entrepreneurial capabilities who can become trendsetters in the global business arena.

This program aims to produce export-import certified graduates with managerial qualifications who can perform effectively in planning, implementing, directing, and evaluating export-import activities within international companies, freight forwarding firms, and banking institutions. This is supported by proficiency in international languages with effective communication, negotiation skills, and a comprehensive mastery of information systems and technology in the export-import field.

The learning process in the International Business Program at Unpad emphasizes a practical/applied approach comprising 70% and theory comprising 30%, while implementing Student-Centered Learning methods. The maximum number of students per class is set at 30, allowing students to actively participate in the learning process.
