Integrated Microfinance Management

The Master's Program in Integrated Microfinance Management at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Padjadjaran (Unpad), is an international class program at Unpad whose graduates can obtain the International Certificate in Integrated Microfinance Management (IMM) from Leiden University. This Master's program is a response to the growing need in Indonesian society for new specialists—managers capable of implementing robust community-based management strategies in integrated services across the financial, health, education, social, and communication sectors. The program comprises six modules utilizing contemporary teaching methods, accompanied by a three-month fieldwork practicum or specialized skills training, followed by a three-month period dedicated to Master's thesis supervision. The learning experience is further enriched with a series of workshops, formal presentations, group discussions, and several field visits.
