Endodontics

The Dental Conservation Study Program is an advanced/specialized education in Dentistry within the field of Dental Conservation Science. It involves the study of diseases and disorders of hard dental tissues, pulp tissue, and periradicular tissue, along with their preventive, promotive, curative, regenerative, and rehabilitative care. The aim is to restore stomatognathic function in accordance with the developments in science and technology.

Graduates of the Specialist Dental Education Program (PPDGS) in Dental Conservation at Universitas Padjadjaran possess the following competencies: They are able to deliver specialist dental conservation services professionally, adhering to established scientific, ethical, and legal standards. They possess expertise in conducting research, preparing reports, and publishing research findings in the field of specialist dental conservation. They are capable of performing specialist dental conservation services, including the diagnosis, planning, and management of complex cases related to dental and periradicular health. They are able to provide and manage intra- and multidisciplinary oral and dental health services to resolve specialist dental conservation problems. They have expertise in the scientific and clinical aspects of specialist dental conservation and function as an educator oriented toward the educational world. They are able to communicate and provide counseling to individuals, groups, and the community to address specialist dental conservation issues through intra- and multidisciplinary approaches.
