The Master of Business Administration program at FISIP Padjadjaran University has its academic Vision – to strengthen and develop Business Governance that views business from a macro-strategic perspective, founded on creative problem-solving approaches with System & Design Thinking, oriented toward business organization and administration, business functions, and scientific methods. This equips graduates to adapt to changes in science and technology, to be comprehensive in the initiation and development of business, and to be agile and collaborative across the broad scope of business sectors they encounter.
The Master of Business Administration program is designed to achieve depth and breadth in the mastery and development of knowledge and technology within the field of Business Administration. It requires 55 credits and can be completed in 3-4 semesters. To this end, the curriculum consists of Compulsory Courses:

Learning is conducted face-to-face (offline) at the FISIP Dago Campus, Jl. Bukit Raya Dago No. 25, Bandung. The learning process covers theoretical substance, case studies, and discussions with successful business practitioners. The Blended Learning process employs synchronous learning media through direct face-to-face or virtual sessions via Zoom Meeting, Google Meet, or other video conferencing media. Asynchronous learning is conducted through an LMS, such as Google Classroom, or chat rooms like WhatsApp Group, Telegram, and other learning media.
