The education program at PSPDH Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Padjadjaran is structured over three semesters (18 months) with a total of 37 credit hours. The curriculum emphasizes the development of clinical skills, ethics, professionalism, and the application of evidence-based medicine. The objective is to produce veterinarians who are competent, integrative, and ready to face the challenges of the professional world. The learning process adopts clinical education principles that are experiential-based, patient-based, preceptor-based, and community-based. This approach ensures that students not only acquire technical skills but also develop critical thinking, sound clinical decision-making, and an awareness of professional responsibilities.

Graduates of the Veterinary Medicine Professional Program at Universitas Padjadjaran are competent in providing quality medical services for animals, including diagnosis, treatment, and disease prevention. They are skilled in performing clinical procedures such as surgery, vaccination, and emergency care for animals. Graduates also understand animal reproductive health, biosecurity management, as well as aspects of animal nutrition and behavior. With knowledge of professional ethics and animal welfare, graduates are prepared to contribute to veterinary practice, the livestock industry, conservation, and animal health research to support public health and environmental well-being.
