The Electrical Engineering Study Program at the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Universitas Padjadjaran, has implemented Outcomes Based Education (OBE) since the 2019/2020 academic year. In terms of curriculum structure, courses are categorized into Compulsory Courses comprising 126 credits (87.5%) and Elective Courses comprising 18 credits (12.5%).
Based on the mode of instruction, courses are categorized into Face-to-Face Classroom Lectures comprising 114 credits (79.17%), Laboratory Practicum and Industrial Internship comprising 24 credits (16.66%), and Seminar and Final Project comprising 6 credits (4.17%). Based on topics/criteria, courses are categorized into General Courses comprising 19 credits (13.2%), Mathematics and Natural Sciences Courses comprising 31 credits (21.5%), and Engineering Courses comprising 94 credits (65.3%).
The completion of the Final Project is conducted through a Capstone Design approach, in accordance with the characteristics of Engineering Science education and international standards.
