The Master of Physics Study Program is committed to providing high-quality conceptual and practical-based education, research, and community service. All faculty members have an excellent international and national reputation, with a very high level of performance in the three pillars of higher education. The educational implementation in the Master of Physics Study Program follows a curriculum that meets the competency standards of the Indonesian National Qualifications Framework (KKNI) Level 8, supported by highly capable human resources, facilities, and funding. Teaching and learning models have been developed to achieve the established learning outcomes, including cooperative learning, problem-based learning, and research-based learning models.

The Master of Physics Study Program has successfully produced graduates working in relevant national and multinational companies, with others continuing their education to doctoral programs both domestically and internationally. A key achievement by the end of 2024, demonstrating the successful realization of the program's vision, is the attainment of ASIIN international accreditation.

The Master of Physics Program holds a global reputation in the field of physics, with specializations in material physics, energy physics, instrumentation physics, and geophysics. The program provides high-quality, conceptually and practically oriented education, research, and community service. It is professionally managed by a team of 18 course lecturers, including 6 Full Professors, 9 Senior Associate Professors, and 3 Associate Professors, all of whom hold doctoral degrees. The Master of Physics Study Program has obtained ASIIN international accreditation.
