The Master of Nursing Study Program at Unpad aspires to be a world-reputable Master's Nursing Education program that impacts society through excellence in holistic, integrated, and sustainable disaster nursing, aiming to enhance public health status and quality of life.

The Unpad Master of Nursing program comprises seven specializations, namely Medical-Surgical Nursing, Critical Nursing, Psychiatric Nursing, Maternity Nursing, Pediatric Nursing, Community Nursing, and Nursing Management, which can be completed in a minimum of 3 semesters with a total of 54 credits. The Master of Nursing curriculum includes 18 credits of Core Curriculum consisting of general courses designed to enhance students' competencies in critical thinking, research, and nursing science development. These courses include Philosophy of Nursing Science, Science in Nursing, Biostatistics, Management and Leadership, Quantitative Research, and Qualitative Research.

In alignment with its vision, the Master of Nursing program holds a distinct strength in disaster management. Consequently, the Disaster Management course serves as a flagship course across all specializations.
